2023 Charter rates:
High Season Rate (July & August): 29,500 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Mid Season Rate (June & September): 26,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Low Season Rate (Rest months): 22,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
V.A.T 12% (subject to change) & APA 25% of the charter fee not included in the rates.
Operational Expenses referred to as APA* will be approx. 25% of the total charter rate
(*A.P.A.=Advanced Provisioning Allowance is the amount intended to cover operational expenses for bunkering, food supplies and any other incidental expenses. Clients should pay, prior to embarkation the amount of the A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) (fuel for the engine and gasoline for the use of the tender & water toys, food, drinks, delivery, redelivery fees, Corinth Canal Fees if crossed etc). The amount will be handed over to the Captain in order to supply the yacht with provisions, prior to clients’ arrival and cover expenses, which will be paid by the Captain during the charter. Final calculations will be made at the end of the charter, with as many supporting receipts and invoices as possible. In case the already given amount appears to be insufficient, the Captain or Broker will advise the client accordingly in order to settle the balance of the expenses. In the contrary case, client will be refunded with any remaining balance.
VAT (Value added tax)
VAT rate mentioned herein (12%) is the one applicable by current tax legislation valid to this date and subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.
Charter rates include: Yacht’s insurance, Crew wages & supplement. Charter rates exclude: V.A.T. taxes & APA*
Gratuities to the crew is optional (10-15% of the charter rate) dependent on the clients’ satisfaction.
Please bear in mind that any proposed or requested itinerary are always subject to prevailing weather conditions.
