Just Marie 2 is a Lagoon 78 motor yacht that was built in 2018 and can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 suites that include a master suite, one VIP cabin, one double cabin, and one twin cabin. There are a total of 5 beds, including 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 singles. Due to her 36ft beam double down provides guests the volume of a much larger yacht both in the sleeping accommodations, main salon & exterior deck spaces. Double Down has 3 dining areas: formal dining is found in the main salon & the aft deck has a nice covered settee great for enjoying breakfast or dinner outside. The third dining area is on the upper deck adjacent to the full-service bar. This space will be great to enjoy lunch or dining under the stars where guests can enjoy a 360 degree view.
Easy walk around deck leads you forward to the voluminous deck which has a sunken lounge area that can be accessed directly from a door leading to the interior main salon. Forward of that is an epic space one can only expect to find on yachts well over 100ft. The sundeck is covered by a hard top with retractable sunroof and has the upper helm station, full bar, exterior dining, and loose furniture.
The Lagoon 78 is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience. Whatever your activities are on your charter, you’ll discover some outstanding amenities that are flawlessly incorporated to support you, such as Wi-Fi access, which allows you to stay connected at all times if you desire. Charter Rates
All charter rates are weekly rates quoted in EURO and are plus all expenses.
Embarkation times
Embarkation and disembarkation are usually 12:00 to 12:00. Alternative times can be arranged subject to yachts availability before and after the charter. Please enquire should you have a special request.
Included in charter rates
The Charter Fee includes the charter of the vessel with all its equipment in working order; tools; stores; cleaning materials and basic consumable stores for engine room, deck, galley and cabins; laundry of ship’s linen; the crew’s wages, uniform and food; the insurance of the Vessel and crew.
Not Included
The Charterer will pay for all other expenses. These include, but are not limited to, shore side transport for guest party, fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tenders and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charterer’s Party; berthing fees and other harbour charges, divers’ fees, customs formalities and any charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; ships’ agents’ fees where applicable; personal laundry; Charter Party communications including internet use (if not included in the charter fee), and hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed onboard at the Charterer’s request.
APA
Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is an advance payment required to be made to fund estimated boarding costs of the charter and is used to cover the costs of yacht preparation, requested supplies, port, mooring, diesel and fuel, communications, crew gratuities, extras and depends on guest particular requests for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. In case APA is not entirely used during the charter, the remaining balance is returned to the charterer at the end of the trip. In case the expenses exceed the APA, guests can be asked to pay the additional part.
The APA expenses can be viewed online at any time during the charter. The link for the APA will be sent with the boarding instructions. APA varies from 20% to 30% depending on the yacht. Any outstanding accounts will be settled with the Captain onboard and in cash/credit card prior to disembarkation. In case clients receive an A.P.A. refund, this will be wired on the first business day following the Charterer’s disembarkation.
VAT
(Value added tax) is currently 12 -13% in Greece. If any changes in VAT occur prior to the commencement of the charter, then this cost will be paid extra by the charterer with the balance payment or credited to the charterer.
Itineraries
Itineraries are subject to weather conditions. If for circumstances this prevents sailing to a certain planned area the captain will aim to do his best —but ultimately, he is responsible for the guests’ safety and the safety of the boat.
