Charter Rates
All charter rates are weekly rates quoted in EURO and are plus all expenses.
Embarkation times
Embarkation and disembarkation are usually 12:00 to 12:00. Alternative times can be arranged subject to yachts availability before and after the charter. Please enquire should you have a special request.
Included in charter rates
The Charter Fee includes the charter of the vessel with all its equipment in working order; tools; stores; cleaning materials and basic consumable stores for engine room, deck, galley and cabins; laundry of ship’s linen; the crew’s wages, uniform and food; the insurance of the Vessel and crew.
Not Included
The Charterer will pay for all other expenses. These include, but are not limited to, shore side transport for guest party, fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tenders and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charterer’s Party; berthing fees and other harbour charges, divers’ fees, customs formalities and any charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; ships’ agents’ fees where applicable; personal laundry; Charter Party communications including internet use (if not included in the charter fee), and hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed onboard at the Charterer’s request.
APA
Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is an advance payment required to be made to fund estimated boarding costs of the charter and is used to cover the costs of yacht preparation, requested supplies, port, mooring, diesel and fuel, communications, crew gratuities, extras and depends on guest particular requests for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. In case APA is not entirely used during the charter, the remaining balance is returned to the charterer at the end of the trip. In case the expenses exceed the APA, guests can be asked to pay the additional part.
The APA expenses can be viewed online at any time during the charter. The link for the APA will be sent with the boarding instructions. APA varies from 20% to 30% depending on the yacht. Any outstanding accounts will be settled with the Captain onboard and in cash/credit card prior to disembarkation. In case clients receive an A.P.A. refund, this will be wired on the first business day following the Charterer’s disembarkation.
VAT
(Value added tax) is currently 12 -13% in Greece. If any changes in VAT occur prior to the commencement of the charter, then this cost will be paid extra by the charterer with the balance payment or credited to the charterer.
Itineraries
Itineraries are subject to weather conditions. If for circumstances this prevents sailing to a certain planned area the captain will aim to do his best —but ultimately, he is responsible for the guests’ safety and the safety of the boat.
