One of the busiest and largest marina in Greece with many charter yachts operating from here. The facilities here for yachts are excellent and there’s some great bars and restaurants and a short tram or taxi ride into central Athens and all the sites.

Kea, the gate to the Cyclades. Of the two quays on the North West of Kea, Vourkari is the prettier and the tavernas overlooking the quay are really nice. Vourkari is a fishing village protected from winds, with plenty of small fishing boats called kaekia, and some sailing boats.

The capital of the Cylades, Ermoupolis is not the largest town in the islands but nevertheless remains an important cultural hub. The 18th and 19th century architecture is stunning and the quay itself buzzes with many bars, cafes and tavernas to choose from.

Once best known as the location of a great battle between Zeus and Titans, more recently Mykonos has become known as Greece’s most stylish and cosmopolitan travel destinations. Known for its minimal Cycladic architecture, Mykonos is full of traditional whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches and beautiful traditional windmills. There are several anchorages and a harbour in this large sheltered bay. The town of Naousa itself has the beautiful white buildings that are characteristic of this area.

Ios is an island with it all. It has local tavernas, lively bars and great restaurants. The beaches have been said to be some of the best in the Cyclades including Mylopotas with its crystal clear waters or Agia Theodoti with unspoilt natural scenery. It has cliff top villages with narrow alleys to wander through and catch the sunset from. You can visit Homer’s grave which is one of the island’s most significant historical monuments.

This is the main ferry port for the island, there is space for some yachts on the quay which has the usual facilities and plenty of space to anchor in the large sandy bay. The location here is spectacular and there is plenty to offer in the resort ashore.

The main port on Serifos has water and electricity on the quay plus good shopping and bakeries. This busy place also has lots of bars and restaurants, it is worth checking out the picturesque village of Chora which guarantees a great view of the Aegean sea.

The main port on the island of Kythnos, the landscape is very beautiful with vines and fig trees. The tavernas on the waterfront here are a great place to eat dinner.
