Trogir is a town in Central Dalmatia, on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea. The very heart of Trogir constitutes an islet lying between the mainland and the island of Ciovo, and on it, the UNESCO-protected old town centre is located. This beautiful historic UNESCO town of Trogir is a magnet for super yachts which moor up along the café lined promenade; many excellent restaurants sit inside the medieval walls.
Trogir is an ancient town dating back to the Roman times, even they used it as a port for ships coming in and out of the town.
